Blues Burgers was founded in 2014 in Dallas, Texas with the goal of making delicious, healthy, authentic food like the kind we grew up eating. We fry in beef tallow not partially hydrogenated seed oils. Our sodas are made with pure cane sugar not high fructose corn syrup. We use premium angus beef on our burgers. We make our sauces, spreads and award winning fried pies by hand in house.
We offer vegetarian and vegan options for burger patties including Impossible Burger, vegetarian, and black bean patties. We maintain a dedicated fryer for those who prefer plant based cooking oil, please request when ordering. We offer a gluten free bun baked by Local Oven.
